Vitamin D in Children

As many of us know, vitamin D has a huge impact on the human body. Starting at a young age, we can see how having low vitamin D levels can negatively impact our health. Recent studies have linked vitamin D deficiency with obesity, impulsivity and poor immune systems. We have recently learned that low vitamin D levels in small children can even cause a higher risk of urinary tract infections (UTIs).
