Warm weather seems to be blessing us earlier this year; but does that mean that your SAD symptoms will subside sooner?

Symptoms of seasonal depression disorder occur when there is less sunlight and more darkness every day. Having warmer weather doesn’t always mean it is sunnier out. However, nice weather can give us hope. It means that sunnier days are on the way!
If the higher temperatures in your area are synced with sunnier days, then you should definitely be saying goodbye to your seasonal depression disorder symptoms soon. To help accelerate the process, try going outside for at least 30 minutes a day to get more exposure to the sun. Always remember to continue using Light Therapy until you feel that your seasonal weather depression from weather changes is completely under control to help make assure that the unwanted symptoms don’t present themselves again.
