I've had the light for about 5 months and it's been amazing. It's silent and doesn't flicker at all (my monitor is probably worse in that regard), and the heat output is very minimal. My coworkers keep saying that when they approach my cube, they think there's a window in it (which is illogical but shows you how natural the light seems).
