If within the first 30 days after your date of purchase, you do not love our light box, we will "refund 100% of your original purchase price (excluding shipping and handling, a $30 restocking fee will apply to all orders purchased under the free shipping promotion)."

Lifetime Warranty

We will replace any defective parts that fail under normal indoor use. Our light therapy bulbs have a one year replacement guarantee.

*For damage or return issues, please contact our office at 1-800-880-6953 or by emailing warranty@alaskanorthernlights.com for a return authorization number. Place the light in it's original package and return it to our office.

Note: Returns without prior authorization will not get a refund of the original purchase price.  Shipping and handling fees not included.
