Our light therapy boxes come with a full 7 Year Warranty and part of that warranty includes repairs. If your therapy light box ever needs repairing, you can send it right to our repair center and we will get it back to you working perfectly again. Once we receive the unit, we usually have it shipped back out to you by the next business day. Under the warranty, there is no fee for repairs – you just pay to ship the unit to us and for any replacement parts needed. We do all repair work for free and we even pay to ship the unit back to you! If your light is not easily fixed, we will simply send you a brand new unit.
When your warranty is up, we are still more than happy to do any repairs for you, there is just a small hourly repair fee.
If you’re in need of light therapy box repair, give our office a call and we can send you a copy of our Repair Form. The form has the address for our Repair Center on it – you just fill out the form and include it inside the package with your repair. We will begin working on your light box as soon as we receive it in order to get it back to you as soon as possible.
